Foreskin problems

Hey. I'm 20 and yesterday had an intercourse with a girl for the first time. I haven't been circumcised and my foreskin covers the whole penis. However, this foreskin retracts only a little when the penis is erect, not fully how it's suppose to be.

Every time I tried to retract the foreskin by myself more, it hurts and its just can't be done. When I was having sex, it wasn't pleasant at all because it hurt too much. I'm not sure why, but I think its because my skin was being forcefully retracted every time. At the end, it was about 30% pleasant and 70% pain, and I felt like a girl loosing her virginity. I think my penis even went numb from the pain and I didn't even felt if it was inside the vagina or not (the girl was enjoying herself, so I assumed that it was fine).

However, due to this pain, the penis gets softer. It is erect normally, and as soon as I put in the vagina, the skin retracts forcefully, it hurts, and the penis gets soft.

What should I do about it? Is this a disease? Do I need to see a doctor? Thank you!

Hi, if you have a tight foreskin just get some oil on it, and very slowly start streaching it, its best if you dont get a semi or erect p***s why you do this, if you think your foreskin is still attached to your gland/p***s head, then you will need some medical help with that, but very slowly it should streach, but it will take some time, just do it as offen as you can, and yes it needs to be streached side ways and length ways, this sounds like you never played with yourself as a young child and into your teens, or youre would have been ok by now.
Good Luck

I think in your position I would talk to a doctor.  There might be ways to stretch the foreskin.  Sex will not be much fun if it is painful, and who wants to give up on sex for their whole life when they are only 20?  Begin with your regular doc and ask if you should see a urologist.
