How to go multiple rounds
I have hardly a couple of months before getting married. I'm 28M and never had sex before. I masturb a lot..
Have noticed that I dont ejaculate more than once in 2 days.. If I dont masturb, I ejaculate a lottt while doing it the next time. But not much after the subsequent times..
My question is how can I go multiple rounds in a day as I heard men go for 3 to 4 rounds in a day. Any specific diet for that... And usually how long does it take between round 1 and round 2.
Another question is since Ive masturb a lot, have I lost fine or supreme quality of semen.. and if so how to regain it back..

Quality of semen depends on your general health. It takes half an hour between two intercourses normally. Doing more number of rounds does not mean good quality of sex.The more rounds you do less you enjoy.Quality means good fore play,Time enough to satisfy the partner, Orgasm at the same time....If on does more round, he misses atleast in some aspects.
In over zeal, you do much more round tan what is good for you and then you lose your usual momentum.
