Tell your parents or another trusted adult, unless you think you won't be safe. I know most teens think "my parents will kill me", but the huge majority of parents will be more understanding that you'd realize. Loads of parents have done weird sexual stuff themselves.

You aren't the first this has happened to, and won't be the last. You do need to get this taken care of, though. Don't wait. It could cause a major infection, and telling your parents will be the least of your worries.

Tell them today. Please, please don't wait. It could get really, really very serious if you do.

I would just take an ex lax and it will come out. I don't think it's big enough to cause a problem unless it starts to hurt or isn't out after ex lax
If this is stuck, and blocking his rectum, taking an ex lax could cause a lot of problems if he can't poop.

Don't put stuff in your anus like that.  This isn't safe practice for exactly this reason.  Many people wind up in the emergency room.  If it's still not out, you HAVE to tell your parents.  You can say you were changing your clothes and fell onto it.  They may or may not believe that but they don't want to dig deep into it either, but you have to get that out of there.   Is it out yet?
