I'm desperate for your help!

Okay, first of all I'm going to start out by saying that I have already been to my OBGYN, and that she was no help to me. I'm still having the exact same problem 2 weeks later.

My Problem
I have been having sharp pains/dull aches in my ovary area. Sometimes these pains travel down my leg and sometimes shoot down through my vagina. It hurts pretty bad. They come and go during the day, but seem to get worse if I am very active or if I am sexually aroused. I've also had a lot more discharge than normal. It looks like healthy discharge and does not have a smell, but there has just been a lot more than usual. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. It also seems like I get a very full feeling in my lower abdomin and I get very bloated, even if I eat very little. Also, me and my fiance have not been having sex because it seems like the pain gets worse after we do, but after my visit to my GYN, I thought it would be okay. So we have had sex twice since then and both times there has been a small amount of pink/dark brown bloody discharge afterwards.

A month ago, I switched my birth control to Jolessa (four periods a year), for my bad periods. I thought at first that maybe it had something to do with this, but I told my GYN and she did not seem convinced that it was the birth control. She actually did not seem concerned at all and just gave me some painmeds for an ovarian cyst (which she did not see in the ultrasound.)

I'm so exhausted of looking things up on the internet!! I need help! Something isn't right here! What is going on? Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Does anyone else have these problems?

Any bit of information is appreciated!! Please! I'm desperate!!

(Sorry this was so long)

I hope your doing better by this time but if not, I would go to another ob/gyn and get second opinion. Sometimes people may think your lying or if they don't figure out whats wrong with you they give you meds to pacify you. Or they really believe what they gave you will cure you unknown issue. For this reason i urge you to get as many opinions as possible someone is bound to care enough to run more test and try to get to the bottom of this. Ive only herd of this problem twice before and not to scare you one women found out she had an infection that made it impossible for her to conceive but she waited to long and it was too late to do something about. the other was a pregnant women and she was min away from giving birth. I would start contacting other ob/gyn that can better help you again im sorry to hear about your pain and i hope you figure out what is hindering you.

I think it has something to do with your birth control pills, since it looks like this has not started until after you started on the new pills.  You are supposed to get 12 periods per year - that is a function of normal female genetics - any pills that change that cannot be good for you, and would probably have side effects like this that are not published in any journal anywhere, since it is a proprietary secret!

Your call for sure, but if you are so young and in good health otherwise, I couldn't see any other reason

Hope you find out something!!
