Is my vaginas abnormal?

I'm 19. Have been "sexualy active" for a while. Anyway, I don't have labia minora and I also have quite a small clit? I do have this skin type thing I'm assuming is kind of a labia minora but it's thin and kind of longish well not really and it's kind of weird and out of place. It's only on one side also.can I see a doctor about it? I also feel like the size of my clit effects me sexualy.
