Hello hun,
Every woman works different. If you are sleeping together then the two of you should be able to communicate. Ask her if she is satisfied, ask if she likes what youre doing. I cant only answer for myself and i do the same thing to my fiance when i orgasm. Its almost a spasm inside the vagina when i orgasm and it squeezes his penis and does at times push it out so yes that could very well be a sign that she had an orgasm. I also get "the flush", some women get this, some dont. Look at her face, chest or stomach after you feel that. If they all of a sudden turn red and flushed then she most likely had an orgasm, i also tend to get more "wet" as i have an orgasm and afterwards my fiance has also said he can feel on his penis that my vagina pulses afterwards. As i said every woman is different i cant only tell you from experience but you do need to communicate better then if you are questioning that. Good luck.
