Itchy Foreskin - NO RASH!

Hey, I am in instant need of help.

For the last two days I have had an itchy foreskin. I think that maybe it is a bit dry but there are no marks or rashes or things there. A few weeks ago I had an outbreak in a strange rash (not on my penis) and the doctors put me on antihistamines and I have been taking them ever since (I have missed  couple of days)

There has been NO discharge, NO pain urinating, NO blood passed.

Most of the rashes have gone but I have some like inside my elbows that I can see sometimes but other times they don't look as bright (this could be due to lighting).

I am really scared that it is HIV and I have been trying to get a test but it is hard cos I am in a foreign country (Spain) but I think I have found somewhere where I can get tested tomorrow morning. My mind is driving me crzy tonight though.

Oh and the antihistamine the doctor has put me on is Ebastina (spanish name)

Also I bought some hydrocortisone cream and used it on my hands and arms and it has got rid of rashes that appeared there the other day (Well the rashes are still there but no longer pink)  - I was prescribed this in the UK a year or so ago when I had dry skin rash things on my hands and what I had a couple of days looekd similar.

Also I read that this could be thrush (affecting the penis) so I bought fluconazole (150mg) tablets and took one this lunchtime. I read that it has no reacton with my other antihistamine the doctor put me on so I thought it would be ok to take and also I had a fungal thing down below before and used a cream on it.

I am just really scared and I haven't found anything online about what this is. Also it is hard for me to see a GP or dermatologist atm cos I am living in Spain.

Does anybody know what this strange affliction is?

I did a year ago and I was tested after an interval and it came back clear then I got tested today and it came back clear so I don't think HIV is the problem.

In the last couple if months I have engaged in mutual masturbation so I could have picked something up there, although I thought it was a safer type of sex (if it even is sex, it kinda is)

Anyway, thank you a lot for your answer. It is nice to know that there are caring people out there :)

What is your sexual exposure?  Did you have intercourse without a condom?  How long ago? You may want to go to the HIV forum to have your HIV questions answered.  3 months is the timeline for unprotected intercourse for a HIV test.

Also a couple of weeks ago I did sexual things with a guy but there was no penetration, just mutual masturbation. I did kiss his body and his leg though, I didn't see any rashes or anything on his body though.
