Just curious about something, since a friend of mine said this. Does masturbating get more pleasurable over time? What I mean is that, as we grow up, does masturbation develop and feel better? Or does it always stay at the same level of pleasure?

Probably depends and is different for everyone. I do think we get to know ourselves over time and that would contribute to it being 'better'.

It does for a young man, particularly if he's not using porn and not having premarital sex, but just enjoys the pleasure of it. But a few weeks before he gets married, his hand won't do the job anymore. That's natural because he's seriously anticipating sex for the first time. And I can tell you from experience, without bringing sexual baggage into our marriage, sex has just gotten better and better for decades. I'm not making this up, either. I had a blast masturbating for 12+ years before I got married and once married, I still feel like I'm on my honeymoon because everything was completely new for me on our wedding night. That "newness" has never worn off.
