Lots of pain

Before I post any of this, I ask that you please respect everything that I have to say. I have been hesitant to tell anyone about my problem, but after coming by this site I feel like it's time to lay everything out on the table and get some needed answers. Right now I am a male, in High School, not going to mention my age, and have been curious about masturbating. Never have I really had any interest in it, but sometimes when I watch porn I'll get hard and try to masturbate, but all I get is lots and lots of pain, and it gets very red and feels like my blood vessels are going to burst or something. I also get a very painful internal itch on the shaft. Also, the skin on my shaft (not the foreskin, yes I am circumsized) is really tight and I was wondering why it is so tight, because I am positive it's not supposed to be this tight, and I feel it might not hurt if it were much more loose. Okay, to get this out of the way, I have never successfully jacked off, I've only had wet dreams. This is very embarrassing to say, but I'm hoping that I you will respect it. Believe it or not, I'm not a virgin, and to not embarrass myself and the female, I acted like I 'came' in the condom, and quickly took it off and threw it out. This is why I am here to get some questions, because I feel when I am going that length to hide my problems, I really do need some help. Please and Thank You!

This is not normal, you should not be getting this pain.  I have no idea what the cause is, but you really should go and see a doctor about it.  Yes, I realise it is embarrasing having to talk about this and likely have to show your penis to someone in person, but believe me, doctors have seen it ALL, they will not be judgemental, they will make it as easy for you as possible to talk to them.  They will not be remotely embarrassed or shocked.
