Missing penis skin need help and torn penis skin

What do I do if I have missing penis skin. I have been masturbating for 6 months and I noticed I have torn some of my skin and missing some of it now. I was wondering if it can grow back. I really need to know if it can heal. I have been leaving it alone for a week and I want my skin to grow back and to go in shape. I am afraid if it is a symptom of herpes or STD. I am scared. Please tell me what to do. Should I see a doctor?  http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2ecznu9&s=6

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

For such missing penis skin, wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. Also avoid masturbating and intercourse till there is complete healing. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
