My penis and testicles

I'm 15. I have never had sex. The left side of the shaft of my penis, and my scrotum and the base, are covered in small pimple like lumps, which i believe to be fordyce spots. Can I get rid of these? Next, my right testicle hangs far lower than my right. I only noticed this after being hit pretty hard in the testicles with a football. Is there any chance something bad has happened to them? I don't experience any pain in either of the cases, other than the immediate pain caused by the football which subsided less than an hour after,  but in both i am concerned as to whether i am still healthy and how it will look. Thankyou.

Hello,

Fordyce spots are common and occur naturally; they usually become more noticeable during puberty. They will often go away on their own (no need to try to pop or remove them). You could always try using a mild soap daily (especially after working out) to keep oil & bacteria away from creating more.  In regard to your question about your testicles; seek advice from your doctor during your next physical exam...

Good Luck
