Odd/Questionable Menstration

So I went off of the pill in September because my script ran out and because I wanted to go on the patch bc I wasn't good at taking the pill and it made e feel nauseous. Since I went off, I've had my period, in October (14th it began)
..normal period and everything. Now I got my period on this past Monday, end of November, real light and now it's Wednesday and it's gone but I still have cramps. What could this mean?

Birth control medication can alter your menstrual cycle - This isnt nessecarily a cause for conern, but ensure that you are taking adequate precautions during sex to make sure you are still not running the risk of unwanted pregnancy,

If it persists, seek medical advice.

It could be just your body trying to adjust to the change. How long were you on it?
