My fiancee experiences the same thing. There could be several reasons why you're getting a sore throat. The most common cause is probably from your partner's penis hitting the back of your throat. We've used sprays that numb the throat and that seems to help. The other thing is, do you "deep thr" his penis? If you do, the spray will help, but try not to take so much of his penis in your mouth. Also, performing oral sex on a guy causes you to use your throat muscles strongly when making the suction on his penis. Have something warm toddrink afterwards and that will help the muscles to relax. Alternatively, you can have some ice cream after and that will numb it a bit. (it'll also intensify that after sex feeling, a bonus
