Painful urination, white discharge, scab like bump, sore rectum

Hi,
To get to the point, I was in a dirty hot tub an entire week (spring break), and I had  1 unprotected sex (condom broke), but I know the girl.
Started the hot tub Sunday
Sex was Monday or Tuesday
Symptoms after 3-4 days: Very Painful urination, scab like bump on the side of my penis not the head, little white discharge.

Sunday: Went to the ER and was tested for Chlamydiae, Gonorrhea, UTI.
PA looked at my sore and said it is not herpes.
UTI was negative.
They gave me a Ceftriaxone shot and azithromycin 4 pills in a single dose to treat me for both suspected infections.
However, 4 days after I called the ER to find out the results for Chlamydiae and Gonorrhea. Turned out they were both negative (YAYYY).

During the week my rectum was little sore (not painful), along with my balls. I'm not sure if this is related to it or just by chance.

Friday, still having all symptoms (except painful urination went down a little but still there), I went to my doctor:
He said I might have Non-gonococcal urethritis.
Gave me Doxycycline (14 days) and Metronidazole (5 days).
FYI, he looked at my sore and also conformed it is not herpes.

Today (Sunday): I already started the Doxycycline the day he gave it to me, will start the Metronidazole tomorrow (Monday).

I don't know what's wrong with me, I know I'm on these medication but I don't know if they're going to work.

Extra information:
The girl was tested and doctor found she had an UTI and was given antibiotics. Also all of my friends and her friends said she is not a dirty girl and barely sleeps with guys.

Also, could it be from the hot tub? because it was dirty and half the time it was off and the water was cold.

For the bump, it's red with a scab in the middle like it bled and it stopped. I removed the scab but after a day it came back. It hurts but only when I touch it (maybe a bacteria from that hot tub)

I will keep you guys updated about the results after finishing my medications.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The bump can be a staph infection causing a boil. Treatment includes antibiotics and incision and drainage and do not touch or pick them up. Also apply warm compresses on the lump. If however the symptoms persist then get herpes ruled out from your doctor.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Yes, it is likely from the hot tub and it could be a staph infection.  I knew a couple, both of which stayed virgins until marriage, who went on their honeymoon, used a hot tub, and then battled staph infection for many months.  So unfair.
