bump on the inner buttock cheek
I have found a bump on the inner left buttock cheek. I noticed it two days before my menstrual cycle ended. It doesn't hurt to touch but a little uncomfortable to sit at times. Is this similar to the bump you get on the inner inner thigh? If so it should go away but idk. Is it serious?
Hi A, If its a boil you may need to wait till it gets a head on it, I found this little bit of info, it may help you.
•Over a course of 2 days to 3 weeks the boil becomes necrotic and develops into an abscess. It ruptures and discharges pus and often a core of necrotic material. Pain subsides as pressure is reduced, and the redness and oedema diminish over days to weeks.

I'm thinking its a boil...I know its nothing sexual because I haven't done anything, especially back there but I don't shave either...I use Nair but of course nothing back there. I am hoping its a boil and will go down with got water compress....but I appreciate the response...I will def see someone Monday if still there .
