Penis scab?

So I had unprotected sex 3 and 1/2 weeks ago and 3 days ago I found a pimple on where my penis shaft and penis head connect. I popped it before I looked up that I shouldn’t pop it and white pus came out. Now there is a scab on it but underneath the scab it is greenish/yellowish. I was wondering what type of medication I should buy so I won’t get a scar or anything like that. Also to make sure it isn’t some type of STD

Wow - sounds a little concerning. It may or may not be an STD - but in any case, I would definitely see a Dr. right away. Even if this turns out not to be an STD, it sounds like this infection is already showing signs of worsening & possibly spreading, and if there's anywhere you wouldn't want that to happen, I'd think most guys would agree, definitely not THERE! I'm guessing the Dr. may prescribe a topical antibiotic, but wouldn't surprise me if an oral antibiotic were prescribed also. I would advise not trying to just treat this on your own - see a Dr. right away. If you can't get an immediate appointment, do your very best to keep the area as clean as possible until you can, might be worth applying an antibiotic ointment (like Bacitracin) just to be safe (easy to find the brand name or generic version at most pharmacies). And in the meantime, obviously, NO sexual contact with anyone, you might want to avoid even masturbation as well till this has cleared up or at least is well under control. The reason I say that is, you wouldn't want to be rubbing or stimulating that area at all, it could spread the infection into nearby tissues. Good luck & let us know how it all turns out...
