Period flow

After I lost my virginity, my flow seemed to get heavier. Is it a coincidence? Is this usually what happens? Should i be concerned?

hey I'm 18 and lost my virginity about six months ago. I did get my period that month as well. Though you're young, hopefully you're smart and used a condom because no period is a sign of pregnancy, though at 14 periods are still somewhat irregular.
good luck. hope i helped.

Your age is ok for performing sex and as you said it was your first sex and you noticed all this. If you further see any abnormalties then only you should go to a Gynae. Otherwise no problem. Good luck & enjoy sex....

I think you donot have to worry, it sometimes happens to many girls that they feel some change in their mensturation cycle after having first sex. Can you please tell your age and for how long time you are having periods?
