She may be having problems with her introitus, the pelvic muscle at the vaginal opening. Since she had pain, her pelvic floor muscles may be involuntarily clamping up in anticipation of pain. Its called vaginismus. She needs to see a gynecologist who may recommend pelvic floor physical therapy. I am having therapy now and it is helpful. Meanwhile be gentle and patient. No one is at fault. Basically hervpelvic floor muscles need tracing to relax to allow penetration.

If pelvic floor is weak, she may do  exercises for strenghening pelvic floor. kegel exercise is quite popular exercise. She may Google for kegel as well as other exercises. Contraction of perineum will also help pelvic floor.

Also after her orgasm her clit becomes hypersencitive which i do know thats natural but its to the point that if i touched it even with the most gentle of care it would be to much and end in pain i will discuss this more with her later so i can supply the most accurate information

hypersensitivity of her clitoris is not unusual, but the pain issue is a problem - she may just not like sex, and it may be something that she has no control over :(
