I'm 22 years old and i have been masturbating for 7 years. From the last one and a half years i'm having some serious problems because of masturbation, such as, back pain, memory weakness and most importantly penis shrinkage. Someone please show me a way or any kinds of medicine. I can't quit this habit. Please show me any medicine to get back to normal situation. I want help because i can't visit a doctor it's a bit embarrsing in our community.

As many have said, masturbation is totally normal & pretty much everyone does it, so don't get upset with yourself over it. Also you should know that it's highly unlikely your problems are caused by masturbation - it will NOT shrink your penis (and there's no evidence it will make it larger either), and I don't think your other problems have anything to do with it. You haven't said how frequently you masturbate, but as long as you're not doing it to the point your penis is sore, you should be OK. Of course if you're doing it so often it's interfering with other aspects of your life (social life, work, schoolwork, etc.) then you should probably think about cutting back on frequency. Otherwise, you're fine. So don't worry about this, just enjoy it. By the way, I think it's nearly impossible for any guy to give up masturbation!
