Sumtimes they r tight at the body! So as the pain waz increasing day by dayfinally at a night i waz taken in a emergency hospital! I waz so frightend that even after the doctor waz askeing me aby dis discharge nd all i hav answerd negetive!!
I jst said sumtimes i feel pain!
After been injected twice the pain iz affortable now!
But the main problem iz hear that am unable to urine at the morning!
I feel like its so much to ejacuate but cus at a very low speed! I had to apply so much of force to ejacuate!
But after the first urines its lyk dis later on its fine!!
Nd this is since many weeeks!
Now recently i had controlled my masterbation from 3 dayz but the tip of my penis at the left down corner its giving a paining sensation!! Not so tereble but still it givs a jerk tome when it cums!!

Its normal for your testicles to hang when your body temp is warm. they shrink close to your body when they are cold. not urinating in the morning? do you have an erection when this happens? if so, thats normal. when you went to the ER did they test you for an urinary tract infection? when you masterbate its possible you might have unclean hands, which bacteria can enter your body, then left untreated can infect your kidneys. which will cause pain.

If so, you will need to stop appyling friction "masterbating" untill that heals. maybe some antibacteria cream "NEOSPORIN", but only on the outside, dont get it inside your penice. My understanding, from reading the question, the gentleman is very sensitive and nervous just discussing his problem. Perhaps by talking about his situation with someone on MH, it will lessen the stress and he will be able to discuss with his doctor.
