Possible cut inside my vagina??

So when I have sex with my boyfriend and he you know, “puts it in” there’s a very sharp pain inside of my vagina specifically to the left about maybe and inch in. This has never happened before but it’s happening more often, and sometimes (only sometimes) I bleed after. I’m thinking there maybe a cut inside and everytime we have sex I’m possibly reopening it. After we’re done it just burns. So I’m very confused what’s going on because sex isn’t as enjoyable for me recently...

This could be from many reasons, including a cut or abrasion, an infection (including an STD) or something like yeast or bacterial vaginitis, or a lack of lubrication.

Here are a couple of links that may help, but ultimately, you'll need to be seen by a doctor to get diagnosed. Please don't wait. A lot of infections left untreated can lead to long term problems, including serious pelvic infections and infertility.
