Reg getting pregnancy

I am 34year old male and my wife is 32. We have been married for 2 years and since last 6 months we are trying. I have tight foreskin which cover over the glans,  and can not be retracted. However i did not feel any pain while intercouse. During intercouse sometimes i feel it difficult to enter inside her and ejaculate mostly outside. While sometimes it is much easier to enter. My wife feels that post intercouse while cleaning mostly the sperms come out of her. Also we have done all of the medical tests which shows no major issues in both of us.We both are physically active and working. We dont drink and smoke. My doctor has put my wife on Follical Monitoring since last two months. Still we havenot being succeeded. Is it related to my tigbt foreskin and thus my sperms can not reach the deztination. Pl guide.

I don't know if it's affecting your fertility, but if you can't retract your foreskin, you should talk to your doctor about that.

It can sometimes be caused by a skin condition - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/phimosis/

Six months isn't a long time to try, but since you are both in your 30s, there may be things you could do. You might try our Fertility forum - https://www.medhelp.org/forums/Fertility-and-Trying-to-Conceive/show/96

Definitely talk to your doctor, though. Sometimes, phimosis isn't a problem, and if your semen is getting into your wife, I don't think that would be the cause, but get it checked out, if you haven't addressed this specifically with your doctor.

Good luck!

I agree - get it checked out. There’s a very simple procedure to fix prblms w/ an overly tight foreskin that doesn’t retract easily. Even if this is NOT affecting your fertility, you may find intercourse easier & more pleasurable once this issue is addressed, so in my opinion, it’s worth getting this ‘fixed’ for that reason alone. Good luck...
