im freaking outt, i am thinking to get a morning after pill but im not sure  if im actually pregnant or not, i gave my bf oral and he came on my back and i accidentally touched it but i don't remember touching my vagina after that. we wiped each other down. but after like an hour or so we were at it again and he was dry but i was semi wet and he entered without a condom but only the tip until i started freaking out  .Is there a chance i could be pregnant????  Also i started BC a week before this happend but he was only came once . and then there was heavy foreplay after an hour he came.

If you were on the BC pill for a week before any of this happened then you should be fine.

I take the birth control pills that have the sugar pills too. And i started it that monday of that week i saw him friday. And we did not have sex only the tip went it barley even that his penis touched my vagina and like between the lips.But i am on the way to my doctor right now, thank you so much though!

It depends on which pill you're on. With some of them you have to wait a whole month before you can unprotected sex. With others it's not that long. Give your Dr a call tomorrow to ask which pill you're on and if it's safe to have unprotected sex right now.
No, I do not recommend taking the morning after pill because you're already on birth control which contains hormones.
Do give your Dr a call in the morning.
