Have you ever checked out the Tourette Association of America online? If not, you might want to research it.
Good Luck :)
Hi,
Have you spoke with your doctor or specialist about these recent symptoms? You might want to reconsider taking a low dosage medication, and/or therapy for your tics. ~ it could make a difference in your life as far as your happiness and health goes.
Have you been under a lot of pressure lately? Do you ever notice that your tics are more active or present when you are stressed? I think you mentioned something that might offer a clue in regard to the vaginal muscle clenching and tics that you are experiencing; you wrote that when you are sexually active it calms the tics down. Perhaps once you've been satisfied (sexually) your anxiety and stress levels are greatly reduced and you notice the tics lessen? In other words, it's a possibility that stress and anxiety are playing a big role here. Sexual arousal releases a natural brain chemical (Serotonin) that makes you feel great and calms the nervous system. Exercise increases Serotonin levels in your body also...
I'm not a doctor, but the only advice I can suggest would be speaking with a doctor or specialist about your symptoms, and possibly adding a medication or adding therapy (maybe a combo of both?) to your daily routine.
