Small red spot on penis head

So i've had this small red spot on my penis head since i was 15 years old (2 years now), back then I was not sexually active and it just appeared out of the blue, and i've had it all since.. It's just a small red spot about 2-5mm wide doesn't hurt or anything..What is this? and preferably is there any way it can be removed? The visual appearance is frustrating and getting questions during intercourse as to what it is.

I suggest you make an appointment to see your doctor so that he can diagnose what this spot is.

It may be a "birthmark" like moles people get anywhere on the body, could be a wart.

Depending on what it is, the doctor will give you advice whether it can be safely removed.  Or perhaps take a swab to be analysed for any fungal problems.

Best wishes.
