Actually, the male's level of satisfaction affects both parties greatly in in overall physical, emotional, and psychological ways in my opinion.  The better he feels about sex with his partner, the more productive his body becomes.  This will improve the relationship greatly over time.  His semen has many beneficial effects her as well.  I believe the more healthy they are also increases their fertility.  These are my thoughts on the matter, but what do I know?  I'm just a guy.

Hello,
Swallowing a man’s semen does not affect your health. The sperm will be broken down and absorbed into the bloodstream. Ingesting semen is safe if that person is free of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).But if your partner is having STI’s like Chlamydia or gonorrhea then there is a chance that the infection can spread to the mouth or throat.

The effect of swallowing semen for a male partner is just psychological.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
