Surgery and orgasm

Ever since my left foot plantar fasciectomy I’ve had some nerve issues in my foot. I had surgery in July and another to recluse the wound in August. My libido has went down since then. Now every time I have an orgasm is causes my nerves to jump in my left foot and start to tingle. Then about 10-15 minutes after the orgasm my foot starts to hurt. Is this normal ?

It's probably the increased blood flow to the area.  This often happens with tooth problems.  If your libido is down that's probably because you're bummed about the surgery.  I have chronic plantar fasciitis, and just having it is a real downer.  So many things you do are affected.  Your problem is unfortunate, but it is why surgery isn't usually recommended for it unless it's really severe and won't go away which doesn't leave you much choice.  Check your mood and see if you aren't feeling a bit depressed about the nerve problem.  That may be it if indeed it's a libido problem which is different from an orgasm problem.
