Are teens considered as kids or are they more likely to be seen as adults?
Like are they viewed as sexual?

A kid is a kid in the eyes of the law until they are 18 or over. But why are you asking?  It's a rather odd question to be honest.

your question is not clear. In what reference you are asking this question? Does it involve legal aspect? Just sexual? From matrimonial aspect? As such when the suffix is teen, you are teenager. From thirteen to nineteen you are teenager.

I think a 16 yr is more to b considered an adult but no younger n as for looking at someone that age to have sex is wrong.  I was 16 when I got wit my hubby n he was 23 but don't think an older should be wit a kid that age. I mean how old r u? Why would u even ask that question
