Why am I not able to ejaculate at all?

I am a 20 y/o male and have been practicing prone masturbation for almost 8-9 years now. I know it's extremely harmful and I have been trying to reduce the frequencies with all the will I have. I masturbate once every 1.5 days now. Since yesterday, I am not been able to ejaculate even a single drop. What could be the reasons for this?
P.S: I am on medications for a kidney stone and will have to undergo a ureteroscopy soon.

I can’t say prone masturbation is safe for everyone but in my case I suffered no harm from it. I developed a preference for prone masturbation when I was 14 and masturbated this way very frequently, 5 to 20 times a day, throughout my teens. And although  the frequency reduced as I got older and started having sex I continued to masturbate this way for many years. At least once a day and usually more often. For a few years, as a teenager, I stopped ejaculating externally but later ‘learned’ how to ejaculate normally again I went on to father four healthy children and my penis continues to function to the complete satisfaction of me and my wife. My erections are full, my penis is slightly curved but not in any unusual way and we are able to employ it to enjoy sex in any position we want
And these are many and creative. We are now in our late sixties and enjoy sex at least once every day and often find time for a ‘nap’ together in the afternoon.
I think the ‘failure’ to ejaculate externally that was present in my later teens was something I learned to do to avoid the mess of normal ejaculation. When I orgasmed my penis would throb as usual and I had the feeling of ejaculation but somehow I was able to divert the flow so it stayed inside my body. I don’t know where, perhaps in my bladder. I hope you may take heart from my heart experience.

Ya, sorry you are having this difficulty.  https://www.healthline.com/health/healthy-sex/prone-masturbation#effect-on-sexualfunction  I'm sure you've rad all the info on prone position masturbation. It can basically cause a traumatic injury to the penis or nerves. BUT, that typically involves not being able to get erect.  You are getting erect but having difficulty with orgasm it sounds like.  This can also happen but that is more anxiety related when it does.  You know what they say to do, right?  Don't use that position, abstain from masturbating altogether for a short while. Try to 'reset'. I also don't know what medication you are on but plenty affect sexual health.  I don't see meds for kidney stones on this list though. https://www.mdlinx.com/article/drugs-that-interfere-with-sexual-function/2DX8oKKfmLtyUxNsrSy6kn  Checking in with your doctor too would make sense.
