sexual exhaustion/overmasturbation/porn?? HELP

hi. im a 20 year old male. been masturbating since i was 15 or 16. but the last year i really over did it. i masturbated daily 3-5 times everyday to pornography. ive noticed for a couple of months now my erections arent as hard. but i continued to masturbate pretty much daily. now they are short lived and i dont always get morning erections (when i do there not very firm).

is there anyway i can get my erections back?

i also got a new gf and i dont care about porn or masturbation.

so this is what im going to try. im going to go one month with no sex/porn/masturbation (and quit the porn and masturbation for good). if i see improvement maybe go longer?

i got bloodwork and testosterone checks that came back normal.

im wondering has anyone been in this position? did i mess myself up for life? has anyone removed sexual activity for an extended period of time and have it come back to them??

please help me im really stressed about it. i dont want to try viagra or any drugs that will create a further dependency.

I have like the same problem with gurjas. It all started when i tried two times to have sex with my gf and couldn't get an erection. I was tested and found everything normal.I even had a Doppler Ultrasound. I don't get erections in the morning,i can't get an erection without touching my penis and when i get an erection it is soft and lasts very little.I am 22 .I was also found to have a swollen prostate but the Urologist said that it has nothing to do with the ED. There are many young people who have the same problem . It can't be psycological.Please heeeeelp!!

i am 33 years old man who has got a problem with his testicles which have shrunk right into my body. My penis is shrinking and i find it difficult to have an erection. Although I have strong sexual urges. I cannot ejaculate except on rare occasions. I have gone to see a doctor but it is taking ages for tests to be done. I am 6"8' tall..and I keep in good health in every other way.

Please can anyone help me with this problem..
