It could mean a prostate infection, an STD, changes in your diet, substance use, liver issues - https://www.healthline.com/health/mens-health/semen-color-chart#yellow-or-green

You should see your doctor for some tests. It may be something simple like a UTI, but you need to find out.

Good advice, auntiejessi. I’d also like to add that from what I’ve read in the past.  It’s not uncommon for semen color to vary a bit - it can be a pearly white, slightly grey or even a bit yellow & all those would be considered normal. I know my own has varied from time to time & I’ve seen all of these myself. Kento, how often do you masturbate or ejaculate from sexual activity? If it’s somewhat infrequent (< 2 times a wk), it could be that you’re just seeing ‘old’ semen, and if you did so more frequently it might look more ‘normal’. But is it really all that yellow? A little yellowish tinge is OK. But just to be sure, it wdn’t hurt to get checked out, as auntiejessi suggests. Good luck & let us know what you find out...
Thankyou for you response autiejessie, as I never did any sexual activity so I don't think I have std, Last few days I did urine sample therefore I don't have UTI, the doc said nothing showed and evrythng was normal in my urine, I want to ask you question if I had an std or prostate infection can it show in urine sample ?
Thankyou for you response bonzodog, I masturbate in a month two times but as soon as I saw my semen turns yellow so I started doing in a week two times and still my semen was mixture of white and yellow , and when I masturbate on black clothing it's white , I do on my hand or wall looks white yellow, I don't have any pain.
If you haven't ever had any sexual activity - including oral sex - it can't be an STD. You can rule that out.

If you had a UTI, that would show in your urine. A prostate infection would likely cause white blood cells in your urine, too.

Since you don't have any pain, and your semen looks white on black clothing, my guess is that you're fine. As Bonzo said, sometimes this is normal. You did the right thing, and saw your doctor. Maybe it was just some older semen, or the way it looked on your hand, but it all seems okay.

If it happens again, see your doctor, but if it's white on black clothing, you're probably okay.
Thanks auntieJessie, so if I had prostate infection that would show in my urine sample Am I right? Yes on black clothing it always show full white and something like white clothing it shows yellow and white, so I think this is normal.
Can a urine normal taste also shows Gonorrhea and Chlamydia? Just want to know
Or any other stds ?
When having a urine test, I think they'd have to check specifically for those particular STDs. When you go to a Dr. for a normal urine tests, they don't normally test for STDs unless you or the Dr. suspect you may have something like that. So if you go for a urine test, ask them to include this - or more likely, it's going to be the Dr. that orders these tests to be done on your sample, so discuss it with him or her...
Yes, Bonzo is correct - they'd have to do certain tests for STDs. But if you haven't had any sexual activity ever, you don't have to worry about those.

The only sexual activity that can transmit gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU (an infection in the urethra) is receiving unprotected oral sex and unprotected vaginal or anal sex. If you haven't done those, you can't have those infections. If you have, ask for a gonorrhea and chlamydia test. Your urine test would have shown white blood cells if you had NGU, so you can rule that out.
Thankyou so much, I have not done any sexual activity, let's say if I had prostate infection, Chlamydia or Gonorrhea so in my urine normal sample would show white blood cells right?
Okay, you can't have gonorrhea or chlamydia - those are sexually transmitted diseases. You haven't don't anything to get those.

If you had a prostate infection, you would likely have white blood cells in your urine, but not always.

You are probably fine. Since your semen is white when you look at it on black clothing now, you either had some old sperm in there, and it's fine now, or you were just looking at it against your skin.

You don't have any other signs of infection - no pain or discharge or anything.
Very rarely if I masturbate after ejaculating my Penis hurts and the vein also pains from far is this normal?
Yes on black clothing is white and on my hand is white and yellowish so this normal I think
How much is it hurting?

Are you dehydrated? Are you drinking enough water? Sometimes being even slightly dehydrated can cause pain. Where does your penis hurt when you ejaculate? Which vein hurts?

I drink water a day 500 ml , I think I drink less water that's why? It hurtS the big vein which is in the middle.
Hurts from far not that much
Try increasing your water - maybe to 750 ml, but not more as you don't want to over do it. Eliminate any juices, alcohol  or caffeine. If it doesn't improve after that, see your doctor.
Yes I will try, but if my pain doesn't go away I will just tell the doc it pains me , but I don't tell him about any std because I had no risk right ?
I didn't do any sexual activity
Correct, you have no risk for STDs.
Thankyou very much.
