bump on side of my tounge

my boyfriend and i first madeout in November. That is all we did. The next morning, i noticed i had a small bump on the right side of my tounge. I was a little worried, but i ignored it. Ever since then, this bump has not gone away. It does not hurt. It is the same color as my tounge. Sometimes the size of it will vary throughout the day, but the lump has always been smaller than my pinkie nail. I have made out with him countless times after novemeber, and i have not accumulated anymore bumps.  It is now February, and im really concerned. I have not sucked his **** because i am afraid of waking up to another bump. I really don't know what to do. I don't know what my problem is either, can anyone help sove this mystery?

It does not sound like an STD. Warts do not change in size and most of the times there are more than one.  Still, have it check out by a dentist or doc.

Yes, its possible that's a small pocket of pustule or type of infection.  See the doctor.
