Fordyce Spots, i have them too, nothing to be worried about. Treatment is inadvisable but a low carb-dairy free diet can help reduce the size f these spots. You wont need to go see a doctor unless you want to confirm what it is. It is common amongst men and women of all ages and can go away with time, though the duration is unconfirmable. More information can be found at wikipedia :) i hope this helped.
Dont be worried man :)

Yes you can go to the doctor without your parents knowing. But if you plan to use health insurance that your parents provide for you, they will most likely find out when they get the paperwork. So, I would go to planned parenthood, free clinic or pay cashc.
