depo shot problems

i've been on the depo shot for over a year... i had my shot about 2 months ago and im used to haveing a couple days of spotting a month after a have the shot... so this time when i got my spotting its been constant for about a full month! what is this and what should i do about it?

yeah i'm thinking i should worse part about it is my shot is not due for another month so i'm probably gonna be stuck bleeding until then at least ugh... i wish it would freakin stop!!! i'm sick of it

the nuvaring is pretty good, check it out.... I heard pretty good things about that, my ex gf was also on nuvaring and had little to none side effects.

i did gain some weight but i have lost it all again now.. but i'm thinking you maybe right... thing about other borth control is that i get very nauseated from pills and the patch doesn't stick well to my skin..... i'm thinking i should probably try getting the nuva ring or something for a while to give my body a break from the shot i guess..... not looking forward to it having regular periods again but if it helps then i guess its my only option.

Possibility too much depo is in your system now so you're experiencing more side effects. Depo is not even a great birth control. Many women gain  A LOT of weight from depo. I recommend you go see your doctor about the issue and possibly try switching to another birth control.
