White bumps under the head of my penis*not the little hair glands one.

So I'm 17 and I noticed that i have 3 lil pussed fill like bumps on the inter skin of my penis*not Under the rim of the head* I'm afraid that I might have a STD but the thing is The last time I had intercourse was in January, I frequently ejcaulate daily I was wondering if it's from that? I also get like lil cuts on my inner skin of the Penis*circumsized* I've had one of the bumps for a while now and I never tested positive for hiv, aids etc and that was after sex.... But the others bumps popped up recently on Sunday night... So can someone please help on what this is? I've been applying antibiotic cream on the inner skin of my penis and just recently been putting a warm towel as well on the inner skin. please help.... Thank you

Hi,
You can change your profile back to 'male' at your homepage...
The bumps could either be pimples ( which can crop up due to sweat & bacteria around the genitals), or you might have an STD that you weren't tested for (?).  The small tears (cuts) might be from masturbation; lack of lubrication or rough friction. The best thing to do is to see your doctor/urologist for an exam, and talk about your recent concerns ~ that's the best way to pinpoint what is going on...
Good Luck
