so i have these antibiotics for this infection i got from using soap in my vaginal area and although im suppose to take them for 2 weeks and its barely been one week i dont feel them working, am i just not being patient or are those pills just not working?

i was recently getting my physical and i told the lady about what was going on and thats what she perscribed me

Are you sure it's an infection, did they test for that? After a week I would think you would be feeling some relief. I'm wondering if they gave you the correct antibiotic. If it's a yeast infection there's a med for that, if it's a bacterial infection there's a different med for that. You can give your Dr a call now, or stay on them for another week. I really wish I could be of more help.
