If your period came after the unprotected sex, you are not pregnant. You said that you had sex again after your period, with protection so I doubt that you are pregnant. I would just wait, the brown spotting sounds like it's getting ready for your period to come again. The white and yellowish discharge is also common before and after period. Try not to stress out, stress releases a hormone in our bodies that delays our period.
