penis head irritation

Well a couple nights ago I had sex with one of my friends who I knew well and I went in without protection for the first time. Im uncircumcised so at first it was cool but the second time we did it, he vagina was really tight outta nowhere and it peeled the skin on my head back, which if you are uncircumcised and have a full boner hurts like a ************, but I kept on even though it was hurting. The next day I looked at the tip of my penis and it was fine but I peeled the skin back and saw it was like irritated,  with a little bit or redness. She was completely honest with me so I know that she doesnt have an std and from the reading ive done i think it might be my head just irritated from the friction of sex, or maybe because its never been exposed to those liquids before. Im not sure and would like another opinion or multiple options thanks.
