red marks on penis beneath foreskin problem

Hi, I am 26 years old male. I have had persistant problems over the years after having sexual intercourse with my long term partner, after intercouse I would usually get friction burns/marks in exactly the same place on my penis but in the last 3 weeks they appeared and just have not gone away since, i have 2 red inflamed bit on my penis beneath my foreskin, they are not painful or itchy in anyway and they are not blisters by what I can tell. I have also noticed that it stings/burns a little when i urinate also, I have had these for 3 weeks now, what could it be, herpes other std? I can post a picture if that would be of help.

thanks

I have an appointment on monday but Im just worried of the outcome.
