Hello
Please ignore the misinformation above. This is only partially correct. The fluid is called Cowper's gland fluid, and it can contain millions of sperm. That's why we sexologists have a special name for people who practice the "pull-out" method. We call them "parents."
Now on too facts: this fluid acts as a lubricant, and it's secreted when a man becomes highly aroused. Not only can it contain sperm, but it can also contain various pathogens--that is, bacteria, viruses, etc. It's important to treat it the same as semen--that is, don't allow it to come in contact with your vulva, mouth, fingers or any part of your body which may have an open sore or cut (which may have tiny cuts you can't see). hi. what sadiemay167 has said is perfect. the fluid that came out also helps as a lubricant for smooth sex. it is transparent..
It's called pre-seminal fluid. Also known as pre-***. It's a clear fluid that secretes from the fluid. It doesn't contain any sperm.
