Low sex drive

Im 16, and lately ive had a low sex drive... Me and my boyfrined have been together for 2 years, and weve had sex like crazy... for the last 4 months, my vagina has been itching, at the top, no where near the lower part, and everytime weve tred to have sex it hurt after a while, i wa slubracated, so ive kinda wanted to stop havin intercourse to see if it would get better, but it still hurts, im not sure if thats casusing my low sex drive or something else... any help would appriciated. Ive also had pap smears and they come out normal, so i know nothing is out of the ordinary, ive also thought it was yeast so i did mederma 7, annd my itching decreased a little, but now i have no idea what it is... help please...

I went to my doctor, they did a full exam and an std test, all with swabs, and everything came back negative...

If you're experiencing pain and itching, of course your sexual desire will be affected!

You need to see a gynecologist for a thorough exam. You obviously have an infection, irritation or allergy, and only a physician can determine the cause. BTW: Pap smears only detect what's going on with your cervix, not the rest of your vulva. See your gynecologist or go to your local Planned Parenthood/women's clinic ASAP and get treated. Dr. J
