Hi, I am a 31 yr old Transgendered male, I recenetly relapsed on my meth addiction and got high, me and my Boyfriend decided to have sex, well he is pretty thick and kinda long. we didn't use much lube accept saliva and I remember it was pretty rough. but because i was high I didn't feel the pain. Now that I am sober I have been having issues with fluid leaking from my anus that is has caused a rash around my cheeks and hole. and everytime I deficate it hurts. there hasn't been really any blood when I whipe. but the rash is so sore that I cannot wipe very good. Why is this happening? I can understand that hurting when I deficate..but the anal leakage that has caused this rashy thing along the inside and outerside of my butt and scrotom. I am going to see my Dr asap but I thought I would seek some infor here first

I cannot answer your question because only a physican can diagnose any medical condition, and obviously, this entails an exam. I'm assuming you've already seen your doctor and have been treated for your problem. I'm not going to lecture you about lube and condoms, because you already know how to protect yourself from infections, etc. And you also know that when you're high, you don't use good judgment. james, u need to go to the doctor... now. it's entirely possible that he may have ruptured something especially since u were high & couldn't feel it. bad bad bad BAD idea. drunk anal is dangerous by itself. & i know u already know this & it's easier said than done, but get off the meth... it may be fun but in the long run, it's not the way to go. & if ur surrounded by ppl who use, ur never gonna be able 2 escape it. good luck:)
