Is this shingles or something else?
Hi. I'm wondering what this is. It started out as itching on my lower back on my left side. When i scratch it hurts. Then there were a few bumps, still itchy, still painful when scratched. Tried triple antibiotic ointment, didn't do anything. the next day there were more bumps. Tried tea tree oil, didn't do anything. Next day there are more bumps, spread out to the middle of my back, and itchy as all get out. So i sprayed 99% rubbing alcohol on it. Needless to say it burned like hell, but the itching stopped for a little bit. The next day there were more bumps but some of the ones that were already there felt crusty. Still hurts when scratched, but now it hurts when not scratched too. Weekday is going on)?
