Shingles twice

Hi
I have had a severe case of shingles a few years ago and I think I have got it again.

Is this possible and if so how should I best treat this condition
Regards

1) You should immediately go to a doctor and get a script for antivirals.  I know people who have prevented the rash from even appearing by taking antivirals at the first tingly signs.

L-Lysine @ 500mg 5 times a day and a B-Complex Vitamin will help too.  My step mother who is a medical doctor recommended the last two items to me since I'm dealing with Shingles right now.

My doctor told me to take a good vitamin D supplement. I sue Carlson's. He also said that vitamin D was the best protection against shingles. I haven't gotten shingles - so far.
