How can I keep my sinuses open?

I have been plagued with sinus issues since childhood.  I've had 4 surgeries, perform a salt water rinse daily plus using salt spray, have used O-T-C as well as prescription meds, and vaporizers.  Right now I'm as bad as I've ever been - feel like both sides of my head are plugged yet not much of anything comes out when I rinse and I can't blow anything out plus my ENT says I shouldn't blow.  Just had an MRI which shows I have bilateral maxillary sinus disease.  I've had two ENTs in the last 3 years and also go to my GP who gives me antibiotics when necessary.  Just read today about the vibration technique so am beginning to give that a try.  Anyone want to chime in?
