9 year old with possiable melanoma

my daughter had a lesion removed from her ear that was black/grey and had ulceration.the biopsy result came back tumor of uncertain malignant potenial.so they went back and took a wider margin.that came back margins clear.that was two months ago.they didnt do lymph node test.two weeks ago she developed a few satilite moles near the area of the surgery site.is that normal or sould i be concerned.also last week she was complaining of her neck hurting so i took her to the doctors and she said her lymp node in her neck so a little swollen to let the spcialist no when we go on tuesday.are these things i should bee concerned with.

hi everyone.went to specialist said that they are going to closely follow my daughter but they dont want to have her do lymp node biospy because they dont want to bave to do a total lmyth neck de-sectionif it was needed because it would leave her with a nasty scar.now we are seeing someone at childrens hospital to be tested for carney complex.lots of test.hopefully we get some answers.thank you
