Could it be cancer?

Hello, 5 weeks ago, I noticed some spots on my arm skin that I didn't have before, at first I thought it was some kind of sun burn or something, but the spots are not going away. This spots change color, there are some times on the day, specially at morning, when they're almost not visible at all (It could be due to different light conditions, but Im not sure).
Here are some pictures:

This doesn't look like skin cancer to me. Maybe a fungal infection, some sort of rash or possibly psoriasis if you see scaling on the top of them. I broke out with randomly broke out with spots (not patches) of psoriasis all over my body many years ago from stress and overindulgence in alcohol. I noticed certain foods (tomatoes, chilis, alcohol, smoking) seemed to aggravate the issue and make the spots appear more red and inflamed. I was able to cure myself by restricting things from my diet that aggravated it, bathing in dead sea salt daily, acupuncture and the UV light therapy (tanning salon). Good Luck!

Also, when they die they turn to a liquid type form, called secum. Having them elsewhere is called an infestation, of which I would guess over half of the adults in north America have.

Hi. Have you researched demodex mites? Everyone who has passed their 10th birthday has them. They do good things, but are suppose to be only in the skin under the eyelashes, and eye brows. Please let me know what you find.... I have some tips if that it what you are dealing with.
