Is this something I should be concerned or am i overreacting?

I am 31, from the UK.
My mole on the side of my neck started bleeding last Saturday, it's ok now and yesterday, just a little sore and red around the mole.
Still small, can't remember rubbing it, but it started off with dark flaky dry skin from the mole that itch, after touching it, I looked on the mirror and noticed blood, there was quite a lot the collar too...

Should I still get checked even if it appears to be healing a little with no more bleeding?

It doesn't hurt to touch anymore, it sometimes looks more brownish.

I had something similar 4 or 5 years ago, nothing changed since then.
If it was melanoma would it be more advanced by now?
With Corona around it makes booking an appointment more complicating, plus I got a persistent cough.

I feel sometimes that I'm just being paranoid again?

Here's an image of it.

Any time you have a mark that concerns you, it is worth having it checked out.  It's hard to tell from that photo, because there's still red trauma marks from the scratch.  You'll need to wait for it to heal to get a true picture of what it looks like.

Most moles that are concerning tend to change shape and color over time, by themselves.  If this has not been happening, it isn't likely cause for concern.
You may want to just watch it for awhile. Measure it and monitor it.  As usual, Mayo Clinic has some good tips: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/melanoma/symptoms-causes/syc-20374884
