Small nevi with tiny black dots inside

I have small nevi (about 2-3 millimeters). This is quite light brown, but my concern is that inside are about ten tiny black dots/spots.

Can it be something dangerous?
I was at the dermatologist about a year ago, and she checked most of them (I have many), and told that have nothing dangerous, but she probably did not see this particular one, because is small. Can this one be dangerous? Probably I have this nevi for many years up to now.

The photo can't catch these small dots, but maybe helps
