As I start to nod off I’m making these loud noises and I do not hear.

My husband is really worried right when I start to fall asleep he says I’m making these horrible loud noises. I asked him does it sound like I’m in pain and he says I sound like a caveman. He doesn’t understand why I don’t hear it. I haven’t slept in a couple days I guess that’s why. Even though I don’t hear it it is keeping me from falling asleep. I’ve been experiencing more pain than usual. But it has never made me do this. I don’t know what to do. Thank you

If you continue doing it for several times, you can ask your husband to record this sound during the night and then give it to a doctor.

If this continues more than a month, time to see a doc.
